This dental office is my absolute favorite of ALL time. Dr. Leigh is super awesome! My son, who is 10, was super nervous. Dr. Leigh took the time to show Joshua each piece of equipment he was using and stuck himself with them to show they didn't even hurt. My son actually enjoys coming to the dentist!!! Today my husband had his first visit, so far so good. For me, they have been very thorough, they have given me all my options. Not just the expensive ones. So, Dr. Leigh and the crew come HIGHLY recommended!!

The staff at Family First Dental was friendly and their new facility had state-of-the-art equipment to provide an excellent experience. Paty greeted me at the door. Always a friendly face. My hygienist was very friendly and of course I forgot her name. Very easy to talk to. Things have changed since 2019 . New Doctors some of the same staff. Now new location and name. But still very welcoming no anxiety. When I first started going there I was told they treat people like family. It's still true years later.
I had a broken filling causing problems. I called and was able to get in and within a couple hours I walked out with a cap. Great service. I highly recommend.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I'm 69 and have went to dentist at least twice a year for cleanings since I was 9. Have lived in many states. From the first call for a appointment to having my check up and teeth cleaned everything was a 10+. The gals in front office are so nice. And do their job way above excellent. The office doesn't feel like a office. More warm and homey. Bottles of water for you. Even bathroom was great. Preloaded toothbrushes and nice lotion. Spacious. The dental assistant was warm and caring. And so great at her job. Dr Bird was great too. Felt like I knew both of them for years. I was offered a pillow and blanket. Dental hygienist also wonderful. She did a excellent job. Had great conversation. Sorry I don't remember names very well. If you want the best experience ever at dentist this is where you want to go.
I don't love going to the dentist but the Staff at Paradise are great and care about your dental health. I started coming here after another dentist said I should probably just have a tooth pulled. Dr Bird was able to fix my tooth & save it. He has now retired but Dr. Bass has been great so far.

My appointment was mid-afternoon and it was held on time - no accumulated delay. The cleaning was comprehensive and the one issue that was noted was explained thoroughly (thankfully, no work required now!).
Everyone in this place is caring and kind. I haven’t met any receptionist, hygienist, or dentist that I didn’t like. They all do a wonderful job and are conservative (only do work that’s truly necessary). I will continue going here!

I had a delightful appointment today. From the moment I got there I was greeted by Pati and Teresa. Then Hannah and Keri dental techs both made me feel at ease with the care they gave me. Then Dr.Bird comes in and has the best bedside manner. He let me know what he was going to do to fix my filling (it was old and I had decay under it which thankfully made it fall out). When I called and explained I broke a tooth the day before and I’m looking for a new dentist Theresa got me in for my tooth right away and then texted me back saying she had some cancellations so if I’d like to do my cleaning after the dr looked at my tooth she could do that , which was fantastic. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care .

The ladies upfront were very personable and very kind, each person I met/worked with didn't give off condescending vibes that some dentists can so it was a fantastic experience. I had my teeth cleaned today, and Michelle, the hygienist, did a great job. She was careful with the sensitive spots and provided me with ideas for alleviating the sensitivity. I visited here for my first time right after Christmas because I was in severe pain. The front office staff was PHENOMENAL to start. I truly believe that who you have greeting and interacting in an office will make or break the first impression and everyone was incredibly welcoming and inclusive. The behind the desk chatter was encouraging and positive and the interaction with myself was great. They were so so busy but they got me in and comfortable. I have some pretty bad dental anxiety and Dr. Bird and his assistant were so welcoming and comforting. He told me if I feel any discomfort or need to take a break to just raise my hand and I could take a break. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I ended up needing a root canal and everything went beyond smoothly. I have spent so much time searching for a dentist. And have been so displeased. This is my forever dentist. I called my mom today and said “you need to switch from your dentist” thank you thank you everyone for a positive and inviting experience. You sincerely are an answer to prayer. Thank you.

My husband and I relocated to TriCities a few years ago. During the time that we have been here, we have tried to other dental offices in Tri-Cities and were unimpressed with both of them. My husband found paradise dental and actually walked in one day to ask some questions about their office. Dr. Bird happen to be there and came out to the lobby to talk with my husband. My husband was really impressed with the fact that he took time to talk with them not just about Dental issues but other life issues as well. We both have just had our first appointment with their office, and are quite pleased with the overall experience and their professionalism. Their office was extremely clean and all of the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasurable experience.

Was my first time there so I was a bit nervous after having the same dentist for 30 years who up and decided to retire. Turned out it was the best dental experience I have ever had. Very relaxed and friendly environment. Everyone takes their time and let's you know exactly what they are doing and why. Cleaning was very gentle with no discomfort. And that can be difficult. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I went in for the first time today for an appointment as the dental office is right in my neighborhood. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by friendly staff and they are so helpful! They sincerely care about your tooth health and are up to date on the latest dental technology. Dr. Bird took the time to explain to me about my tooth health and wasn’t in a rush. He also took the time to get to know me as well, where most dentists are in a rush off to their next patient! I will definitely be a regular here now on! My experience here was the best experience I've had at a dentist. They were all so welcoming and and made me feel as though they genuinely cares about my oral health. They also helped me understand everything that was going on there so I didn't feel like I had any unanswered questions. I haven't actually been about to go to the dentist for awhile cause insurance and all that but all I know is Im so happy I found paradise dental! And lucky too, it's not everyday you find a dentist like that. It was just a really awesome experience.

When reviewing our provider list, I noticed this office was not far from where we lived, so after reading the reviews online and on their website, I decided to give this place a chance, as I love smaller clinics and a doctor who truly cares more for his patients' health than another $$$ coming in. While I am not afraid of going to the dentist, I have recently moved to Richland. I had had my prior dentist for 15 years. So I wasn’t quite sure what to expect on my first couple of visits to Dr. Bird and his staff at Paradise dental. All of the staff is extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I had been going there for years. I just had my teeth cleaned today by Amber And his office used more advanced techniques than my prior Dentist. She was very thorough in explaining everything that she was doing as well as explaining things to me about my mouth that I had never known! X-rays are always very difficult on me but she was very patient and tried her best and at the end of the appointment Dr. Bird came in and came up with another solution. Highly recommend them as their level of service is unsurpassed! As well as the technology they use!

I have never been to a dental office that makes you feel so much like family. Everyone is so sweet, Dr. Bird and his wife Beverlee are simply the best. While I am not afraid of going to the dentist, I have recently moved to Richland. I had had my prior dentist for 15 years. So I wasn’t quite sure what to expect on my first couple of visits to Dr. Bird and his staff at Paradise dental. All of the staff is extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I had been going there for years. I just had my teeth cleaned today by Amber And his office used more advanced techniques than my prior Dentist. She was very thorough in explaining everything that she was doing as well as explaining things to me about my mouth that I had never known! X-rays are always very difficult on me but she was very patient and tried her best and at the end of the appointment Dr. Bird came in and came up with another solution. Highly recommend them as their level of service is unsurpassed! As well as the technology they use!

Was my first time there so I was a bit nervous after having the same dentist for 30 years who up and decided to retire. Turned out it was the best dental experience I have ever had. Very relaxed and friendly environment. Everyone takes their time and let's you know exactly what they are doing and why. Cleaning was very gentle with no discomfort. And that can be difficult. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I have moderate-to-severe anxiety about dental work, and not only did Dr. Bird and the staff take pains to make me feel more comfortable while I was in-office, but Dr. Bird also took the time to ask me about my anxiety specifically: where it comes from, what might trigger it, etc. His solution didn’t stop at offering ‘laughing gas’ or headphones; he genuinely wanted to know what he could do as a dentist to avoid upsetting me while I was in the chair, and I appreciated that immensely. Beyond that, every hygienist I have seen for cleanings has been friendly, gentle, and thorough. At the front desk, Beverlee and Stephanie are so welcoming each time I come in, and, whether it’s for scheduling or reaching out to insurance, they really go above and beyond for the patients. (Did I mention I could go on and on?) If you are looking for a new dental office, I highly recommend visiting Paradise Family Dental.

I went in for the first time today for an appointment as the dental office is right in my neighborhood. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by friendly staff and they are so helpful! They sincerely care about your tooth health and are up to date on the latest dental technology. Dr. Bird took the time to explain to me about my tooth health and wasn’t in a rush. He also took the time to get to know me as well, where most dentists are in a rush off to their next patient! I will definitely be a regular here now on! I love that this office is far from a “dentist office” feel and is an welcoming, home-y, friendly office.

I went to this dentist since I was 15 years old. Recently, my insurance change, so I was forced to find a different dentist. The first dentist was terrible, the second dentist was not bed. I then moved to the tri-cities. I found Dr. Bird. He is a WONDERFUL Dentist! He reminds me of my favorite Dentist back home. He is very gentle, easy to talk to and very caring. I LOVE THIS GUY!!!! Today was my 3rd visit to him, and I'm going back next week. I am so Blessed to have found Dr. Bird. He is my new favorite Dentist. I can not tell you how much I appreciate the Dr. and his staff. When reviewing our provider list, I noticed this office was not far from where we lived, so after reading the reviews online and on their website, I decided to give this place a chance, as I love smaller clinics and a doctor who truly cares more for his patients' health than another $$$ coming in. Super happy I picked Paradise Family Dental. My 10 year old was absolutely thrilled after leaving and kept saying how much she loved this dental office. Everyone was super welcoming and made our first visit an awesome one. I highly recommend them!

I had inadvertently done some damage to my teeth and had to have some fillings for the first time in 20+ years. I was disheartened and nervous about the procedure. Dr. Bird, the hygienist Melissa, Beverlee who schedules and checks on insurance, and Cassandra at the front desk, took their time to listen to my concerns and assist me in any way they could to help my experience go smoothly. During the procedure, Dr. Bird listened to my needs and stopped all work immediately in order to administer a local anasthetic. He was gentle and genuinely concerned about my comfort. I just started seeing Dr. Bird. He and his staff are very fun, friendly, kind, professional, and well worth going to see. I very much dislike goin to the dentist, and after being treated at Paradise Dental I will look forward to my next visit. The staff I encountered were professional, courteous and friendly. They welcomed me into the office and what I appreciated most was the dentist sitting with me personally one-on-one to talk with me about anything that was bothering me. This is the one-on-one attention I think we're missing in today's Health Care. Paradise Dental nailed it! Thanks guys

I hadn't had a cleaning in a long time and the hygienist there not only made my appointment comfortable for me, but she was great to visit with as well!! I was very pleased with my experience. From the receptionist all the way through my appointment with the dentist, everyone was very friendly and the work I had done was handled carefully, with no pain. This is how seeing a dentist should be.

We loved Dr. BIRD and his staff. Going to the dentist is not something I look forward to, with four small children it can be rather daunting. However, at Paradise Family Dental it was a pleasant, enjoyable experience. They were friendly, patient, helpful and explained everything to me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist.

Great experience! Great staff! My dental hygienist had a calm, soothing voice that made me practically fall asleep during my cleaning. She sincerely cared about me and my oral health. Dr. Bird was also very friendly. My hubby works out of town during the week and is typically home on the weekends. Since most dentists are closed on Saturdays, he hasn't been to the dentist in years. Dr. Bird said that he would accommodate my husband's schedule and open on a Saturday if needed. This showed me that they were willing to go above and beyond for their patients. Excellent customer service! :)

This dental office is my absolute favorite of ALL time. Dr. Leigh is super awesome! My son, who is 10, was super nervous. Dr. Leigh took the time to show Joshua each piece of equipment he was using and stuck himself with them to show they didn't even hurt. My son actually enjoys coming to the dentist!!! Today my husband had his first visit, so far so good. For me, they have been very thorough, they have given me all my options. Not just the expensive ones. So, Dr. Leigh and the crew come HIGHLY recommended!!

The staff at Family First Dental was friendly and their new facility had state-of-the-art equipment to provide an excellent experience. Dr. Leigh was very insightful and took his time to explain all of my dental needs in a language I could understand. Paty greeted me at the door. Always a friendly face. My hygienist was very friendly and of course I forgot her name. Very easy to talk to. Things have changed since 2019 . New Doctors some of the same staff. Now new location and name. But still very welcoming no anxiety. When I first started going there I was told they treat people like family. It's still true years later.
I had a broken filling causing problems. I called and was able to get in and within a couple hours I walked out with a cap. Great service. I highly recommend.
Went there for a second opinion and couldn't be more pleased. I was given an impartial opinion which allows me to make an informed decision before making a large investment. Great staff and dental professionals on staff!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I'm 69 and have went to dentist at least twice a year for cleanings since I was 9. Have lived in many states. From the first call for a appointment to having my check up and teeth cleaned everything was a 10+. The gals in front office are so nice. And do their job way above excellent. The office doesn't feel like a office. More warm and homey. Bottles of water for you. Even bathroom was great. Preloaded toothbrushes and nice lotion. Spacious. The dental assistant was warm and caring. And so great at her job. Dr Bird was great too. Felt like I knew both of them for years. I was offered a pillow and blanket. Dental hygienist also wonderful. She did a excellent job. Had great conversation. Sorry I don't remember names very well. If you want the best experience ever at dentist this is where you want to go.
I don't love going to the dentist but the Staff at Paradise are great and care about your dental health. I started coming here after another dentist said I should probably just have a tooth pulled. Dr Bird was able to fix my tooth & save it. He has now retired but Dr. Bass has been great so far.

My appointment was mid-afternoon and it was held on time - no accumulated delay. The cleaning was comprehensive and the one issue that was noted was explained thoroughly (thankfully, no work required now!).
Everyone in this place is caring and kind. I haven’t met any receptionist, hygienist, or dentist that I didn’t like. They all do a wonderful job and are conservative (only do work that’s truly necessary). I will continue going here!

I had a delightful appointment today. From the moment I got there I was greeted by Pati and Teresa. Then Hannah and Keri dental techs both made me feel at ease with the care they gave me. Then Dr.Bird comes in and has the best bedside manner. He let me know what he was going to do to fix my filling (it was old and I had decay under it which thankfully made it fall out). He is very compassionate and really goes the extra mile to help his patients. The atmosphere at Paradise Dental made the foreboding task of getting a filling a breeze. Thank you

When I called and explained I broke a tooth the day before and I’m looking for a new dentist Theresa got me in for my tooth right away and then texted me back saying she had some cancellations so if I’d like to do my cleaning after the dr looked at my tooth she could do that , which was fantastic. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care .
